Tell us which game, which device, and which browser — that's usually enough to find it.
Progress is saved in your browser's own storage on your own device, not in an account. That means clearing your browsing data deletes it, and a different browser — or private/incognito mode — starts fresh. On iPhone, adding the page to your Home Screen is the most reliable way to keep it.
Browsers won't start audio until you've tapped something, so music begins after your first tap rather than the moment the page loads. If it still doesn't come on, check the device's silent switch, then the sound settings inside the game.
Run is a 3D game and needs hardware graphics. If you've had a lot of tabs open, the browser can run out of 3D contexts and hand the game a blank canvas — fully quitting and reopening the browser fixes it. On older phones, closing other apps first makes a real difference. The block puzzle game is 2D and will run on almost anything, so it's the better bet on an old device.
Run takes four directions and nothing else: arrow keys on a computer, a swipe on a phone. There are no buttons on the screen on purpose. At a fork you need a decisive swipe toward the lane you want — a small nudge is read as staying put.
No. Neither game has accounts, logins or sign-ups, and neither one asks you for a name, an email or an age. See the privacy policy for exactly what is and isn't collected.
If a question looks wrong, or an answer looks wrong, email it to us with roughly what it said. The question bank is shared between both games, so a fix lands in both.
